My mission is to emphasize refining the customer journey and advocating for delightful and memorable interactions. ​​​As a Case Manager in pharmaceuticals, I oversaw a significant client portfolio, which revealed my passion for helping others and facilitating their health journeys. Here, I recognized the crucial importance of optimizing the customer experience and found fulfillment in positively impacting patients' lives. I knew I wanted to pursue a career where I can serve others and make a positive impact on their health. My recent role as Account Manager at a US package delivery tech startup provided valuable insights into effective customer assistance through technology.

Throughout my career, I've embraced the fundamental theme of the power of empathy in serving customers, a key factor in cultivating brand loyalty and advocacy.
